  • 1 Blender


  • 1 splash  milk (1 cup for a thinner smoothie if you have a less powerful blender)
  • ¾ cup frozen banana (ripe)
  • 1 cup frozen mangos
  • cup frozen pineapples
  • 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds (optional)
  • 0.5 cup ice (optional)


  • Add a splash of milk to the blender (add more if you're using a less powerful blender.
  • Now the energising and filling (optional) ingredients: add chia seeds and protein powder.
  • Toss all other ingredients into the blender: frozen bananas, mangos and pineapples.
  • To make the smoothie super refreshing you can toss finally ice cubes as the last step to the blender (high-speed blenders only).
  • Blend all on low setting until smooth. Use your tamper (wooden spoon or spatula) to scrape down the smoothie blend from the sides).

    Hi, this is the SUN IN A GLASS !!!
    This Smoothie looks sooo sunny and like summer, I love it!!
    The topping with chocolate is my favourite combination! 🙂
    Sometimes I forget to eat my mangos. So this is the best way to use the overripe mangos!!
    I also use some frozen ingredients, than its has the best structure! MANGOOO
